New Machine
Gotten a new laptop last week. A HP. A very big and heavy one that comes with a back pack. It is kinda nice to have a new machine since the keyboards is very nice to type with and the screen is pretty clear. The dark blue and black back pack is quite cool too with nice and comfortable straps. That’s the saving grace.
So what’s the problem? Its heavy!!... and the back pack does not contribute anything to the fashion statement. I wonder how could I ever bring a hand bag with a laptop?? For the moment, I am doing without a hand bag. I look like a schoolkid or at the very least a college girl : ).
What else is new with my life?? Nothing much. Except the nomadic life that I am leading as a result of my occupation. For the past two months, I have been to offices at Jalan Sultan Ismail, Jalan Yap Kwan Seng, Jalan Tun Perak and Twin Towers. Soon I might go to Jalan Raja Chulan and hopefully Damasara Utama.

Forgot to let you know, I have been using notebooks for more than 11 years and my current one is the 4th one. I remember the first notebook and subsequent one. Finally on my 4th notebook I choose one which is light over big screens as I have been travelling in and out of Singapore, JKT, BKK and KL for 10 years and its no fun taking a 6 pounds notebook on your back..
I used to have a smaller notebook. However I can't choose the size of the replacement since it is issued by my employer : ). Thanks for the suggestion. I'll try to find time to go to Berjaya Times Square.

My priority is a bit different these days. Although the satay would have been nice compare to the normal fried beehoon during the preliminary rounds, I am afraid it is not enough to tempt me to abandon my work : )
